Your food only ever touches pure titanium. Underneath it, we bond an aluminium core and a stainless steel base, so the titanium heats evenly and the pan works on every cooktop. Each metal does the job it's best at, and there's no coating to wear off.

• Cooking surface0.5 mm pure titanium

  The heart of the pan and the only metal your food touches. It's bonded to the core, not sprayed or painted on, so there's nothing to scratch, peel or flake into your eggs.

• Core1 mm aluminium

  Sealed between the titanium and the base, so it never touches your food. It spreads heat fast and evenly, so the titanium heats from edge to edge and medium heat is all you need.

• Base0.6 mm 430 stainless steel

  The outside of the pan, underneath. It makes the pan magnetic, so it works on induction as well as gas, electric and ceramic, and keeps it sitting flat and steady on the cooktop.
